Eligible items

For hygiene and safety, opened or used oils, cosmetics, herbs and personal-care products may not be returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Items must otherwise be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Photograph the parcel, shipping label and affected item as soon as possible. Keep all packaging until support confirms the next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
