Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a bottle has been opened, we are unable to accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order ID and a brief reason for the return.
3. We will arrange a collection from your address (UAE only).
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear depending on your bank. Tabby installment refunds are handled directly by Tabby.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products returned after 30 days of delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Gift items (unless damaged or incorrect)
